Online orders are made through our web order form. In the
menu to your right, under Publications, you find links
to descriptions of the books we are currently publishing.
If you are interested in purchasing any book, please click
the order link on the bottom of the description page.
This link will take you to the order form.
Required information on the order form is:
- Title of the book
- Number of copies
- Shipping address
Payments are made by sending a check or money order for the:
- Purchase price
- Shipping cost of $3.00 per copy
- Tax of 7%
Credit cards can not be used at present.
Shipping of the volume(s) is done immediately upon receipt
of your check or money order.
Regular mail orders are welcome. Please provide the
same information as required by the online order form, and
